Mind
Meditation is good for the soul. Your mind like your body deserves rest. Meditation is a great way to make your mind calm and peaceful. If your mind is quiet then you will be free from stress and worries. You may be hesitant to try meditation because most people recommend 30 minutes in the morning and evening. Body
When you look good, you feel good! You are what you eat! These are just a few “sayings” that have been passed down through the years. Be good to your body and it will be good to you. Get adequate rest, water, and exercise. Treat yourself once in awhile. Perhaps a day at the spa, a new haircut, or a brand new pair of shoes! Speaking of shoes, on a personal note, after 8 years together, my Skechers are on their last “walk.” It’s so sad. But, I know it is time to move forward and embrace change.
