Here’s is something that most people cannot believe about me. I once weighed 220 lbs.! I know, I know. I did not like who I was for many reasons which included my weight. Anyway, I lost 100 lbs., gained 60 lbs. back, and then lost 32 lbs. of the 60 lbs. I gained back. Make sense? Anyway, I moved to Arizona in September 2007, and I lost 21 lbs.! When I left OH, I was 148 lbs., now I weigh 127 lbs. Sweet! I have 7 lbs. to go to reach my goal weight of 120 lbs., again. Fabulous!

Thank God for The Biggest Loser! I love working out with the contestants. It would be awesome to have Jillian – Meet Your Online Coach: TV’s toughest fitness guru’s NEW workout to drop that weight! as a trainer. She is intense, but she gets the job done. I do like watching The Biggest Loser because I receive ideas on how to “change up” my routine.

Another part of health and wellness is your mind. What you think and believe has an impact on your life. I am so glad I discovered Hay House Radio. They have diverse talk shows that you can listen to each day. I listen to Debbie Ford, Sonia Choquette, Doreen Virtue, Cheryl Richardson, and Glynis McCants; just to name a few. Hay House has been an integral part of my transformation. Thank God for these people. Through Hay House, I found a community of people who have a strong desire to change their lives for the better just like me. It’s nice to have support from all over the world and people who understand what you are going through.

Snack Alert

I recently discovered Genisoy – Soy that tastes good. Yes, Genisoy does taste good! I’m a big fan of Genisoy’s Soy Crisps. My favorite is the Creamy Ranch, which I purchase at Fry’s grocery store. Maybe I will write the company and ask them when the Soy Crisps in Creamy Ranch will be available online. FYI: the Real Cheddar and Apple Cinnamon Crunch taste great! If you are looking for a great tasting snack, give Genisoy a taste! Happy Snacking!
