These are some of my favorite products and services. Your mental, emotional, and physical well being are highly important. If you’re not happy and healthy, the people around you won’t be happy and healthy. Invest in yourself. Develop your self esteem, self confidence, and self worth. Develop the relationship you have with yourself first. It’s the most important relationship in your life.
Note: The money I earn from these affiliates goes back into MisticCafe.com. I also like to donate monies to my favorite animal and children’s charities.
For your body
Not only does the The Biggest Loser help contestants shed body weight, they teach them how to get to the ‘root’ of their weight gain; there’s usually something deeper behind it. Plus, contestants shed the baggage in their mind. It would be awesome to have Jillian – Meet Your Online Coach: TV’s toughest fitness guru’s NEW workout to drop that weight! as a trainer. She’ intense, but she gets the job done.
When you look good, you feel good. You are what you eat. These are a few “sayings” you’re probably familiar with. Be good to your body and it will be good to you. Get adequate rest, water, and exercise. Treat yourself once in awhile. Perhaps a day at the spa, a new haircut, or a brand new pair of shoes. Check out Skechers because they have a good selection of shoes.
For your mind
Another part of health and wellness is your mind. What you think and believe impacts your life. Hay House Radio has diverse talk shows you can listen to each day. From Sonia Choquette to Doreen Virtue; from Mark Husson to Denise Linn; from Deborah King to Esther and Jerry Hicks; and countless others. HayHouse Radio offers a wide variety of programming along with classes and workshops. You’ll be surrounded by like-minded people who are on a transformational/spiritual path in one form or another. Support is good.
Meditation is good for the soul. Your mind like your body deserves rest. Meditation is a great way to make your mind calm and peaceful. If your mind is quiet, you’ll be free from stress and worries. You may be hesitant to try meditation because most people recommend 30 minutes in the morning and evening. If you’re a beginner, try a simple breathing meditation. Breath in and out and for 10 breaths. Focus completely on your breath. For books, CDs, or DVDs on meditation, visit Barnes and Noble.
