		<description>I agree with you.  It amazes me how bad customer service is these days.  Unfortunately, employees do not understand that without the customer their jobs would be gone.  

Most employees are fed up with their employer or life.  Their negative energy transfers to everyone they connect with each day.  Now wonder the U.S.&#039;s economy is out of balance.  Their are too many unhappy people who fill their lives with &quot;material items&quot; because they think it will make them happy:)!</description>

		<description>I have to agree with you about bad customer service.  I went to the library this morning to pick up a couple of books I had on hold. The lady behind the desk couldn&#039;t of been more unfriendly. It was to much of a effort for her to say Good Morning or have a nice day.  This is not the first time this person has been like this to me or to other patrons. Just because she wasn&#039;t friendly didn&#039;t mean I had to be the same way to her.  I wished her a good day and walked out.  A library is not a very good place to have unfriendly employee&#039;s working for you.</description>
